My room mate is on drugs!

This problem has been getting worse, much worse, lately. He comes homes stoned out of his mind and does stupid stuff. This morning I woke up and found him passed out naked on the couch, curled up in the fetal position and shivering.



Then I went into the kitchen and found where he had taken a piss in one of the cupboards.

So far he has pissed in the fridge, the bathroom vanity, and now a kitchen cupboard.

Please help. What should i do? The guy is 26, college grad, and is a chef a a swanky Toronto restaurant.

Any thoughts?

Wow, poor guy. This only goes to show that people who appear to have their life figured out (college degree, good job) on the outside, don't really have to feel that way on the inside. There must be a reason why he's displaying such self-destructive behaviour....has he been really upset about something lately,or is he not happy with his life?

Plus you said that he was always getting stoned but are you sure its just that? Do you know for a fact that he hasn't been taking other drugs?

His behaviour sounds a bit extreme for somebody just doing marijuana.

Just a first thought.

I know what you mean! My boyfriends brother is the same way!
He works out of town, and get's drunk every night is his hotel room alone! :roll:
He also has a problem with pissing on the floor the remote control, people (never me). It's a bit crazy. Just to tell you how bad he is, he spent 650 in August on beer and liquor!
It's sad, but he is still fully functional!! You would never know unless you where close with him!
But I can see how that would be annoying for you! I hope he's not pissing in your bed! hock:

oh my gawd...he's gotta be on harder stuff than just weed. He needs help - that's not normal FUN partying behaviour. And you don't need pee-filled cupboards. I'd tell him either shape up or ship out...

Yeah I agree. Eventually you'll have to confront him with his behaviour cause the way he's acting isn't fair on either of you :?

The guy obviously has some issues and doesn't need the additional stress of strangers poking fun even though I know he'll never find out about his pic being displayed here and I know everything said at hipbase is innocent...

Well, he's my brother, and I personally think the picture is a total necessity. He thinks he's the only person in this world and that he's King Shit. Again, this is the 3rd time this has happened, and it's a load of crap. He woke up this morning after this happened and went about his business as if nothing had happened. He expects Chris and I (his roomates) to treat him with respect when he gives us none in return. It's ridiculous.

As a reply to Lance (mail the picture to his work), he and I work for the same company. He was at our opening party for the Filmfest last night and had the nerve to drop in and start laughing when he saw me. The thought has more than just crossed my mind.
