Matrix Reloaded
#1

Hey all,
Did any of you see Matrix Reloaded? We just saw it this evening. I have to say, I thought the first one was better. Both my husband and I were getting bored with this one . We felt that it dragged in many places. The special effects were awesome and the whole highway sequence was cool too, but for the most part I wasn't that impressed. Any thoughts??

Trying to keep this vague for those who haven't seen it, I don't want to spoil it....
Also, if you haven't seen it yet, there is a preview for the next one after all of the credits roll.

I am going to see it this week, Thursday I hope. I have heard alot of mixed reviews, like they tried to hard or something.

I need 2 Kingston Tickets, please help.

I've read/heard mixed reviews also but, like the Lord of The Rings series, the 2nd move in a 3 part trilogy has more story development to link the first 2 to the 3rd movie. That's my take on it. I still have to see the movie but I'm basing my comments what I've read.

I saw it Sunday night. I thought it was amazing--way better than the first. If you get past all the "eye candy" these 2 movies (and most certainly the third) are actually fairly rich on the intellectual side. If you go to the movies' website there is a link to a selection of essays on the "Philosophy of the Matrix". Some very interesting reading.

Finally got to see the movie. I enjoyed it, the fighting seens where amazing and the car seen was cool. There where a few lame parts, like when Trinity got shot close to the end, Neo was like "You can't die, I love you too Dame Much!"

All around good movie I give it a 8.5

Oh come on, Lance, we all know you're a hidden romantic and besides if that were Lynette, you would be saying the same thing.
But anyway, I agree that the action was awesome, the movie just seemed too long!! But all in all, it was cool. 8)
