The last song
#1

This is a topic that I don't even have an answer for yet *still getting over the subject*

Last album, last tour, last show, last encore, "last song"....what is it?

Its mostly known as an openner...but Grace, too. To me, Grace is like the Hip's theme song.

YOU SAID I'M TRAGICALLY HIP!

comon, now. Don't get better than that.

This is a subject we should never discuss...but now that you have mentioned it.

I agree that Grace Too would be sweet..by the way it's "HE" said...

I would go with a Suicide edition of Highway Girl. It would be fitting, 'cause we could blow are heads off when it's all over.

Is there any reason to live after that?

Well, if the Leafs haven't won the cup by then, there might still be a reason to live.

Blow at High Dough - I can can just relate that song to their career , and all the fans involved . Just leave you breathless - on a high note - with the adrenaline still pumping through your veins .

Gord says "You" or "He"

since when does he ever stick with one version of lyrics.

You sure are right...he likes to vary, however I can't seem to recall the "He" part of Grace Too ever changing...sorry, a little much I know.

But seriously, I really don't like this topic.

They still have three records left on their current deal, maybe we should talk about this in a few years.

I know it's inevitable someday, but aren't we free to dream that maybe it will just never happen?

For the record, Grace Too has been started with "She said I'm Tragically Hip...." also. I forget which version/venue/date.
