I am curious if anyone uses any type of Ephedra?? If you do, how long have you been taking it, do you take the minimum or maximum amount in a day, and have you had any side effects from it?? I know it increases your energy for workouts but can become addictive. Just wanted to know any experiences you may have had. Thanks.

Serving (dosage) limits
Products are not to contain in excess of 25 mg of total ephedrine alkaloids per serving; usage instructions should limit daily consumption to 100 mg of total ephedrine alkaloids.

Stay away!!!
I'm sure its harmless if taken in the recommended dosage, but for me, over time I wanted more and more. I was working two jobs, one of them 3rd shift, and never slept so I started taking them 1 or two at a time every few hours and before you know it, I was going through a 100 pill bottle a week. Sure the rush was great, I was very productive at work (or so I thought), but as soon as I would stop, I would just want to crash. I did this for almost a year.
The last time I took them I was going to Fredonia Fest with a friend to see the Bosstones. We were staying at my X's dorm, so we all had planned to party all day and night. We got there around noon and before I got out of the car I took 4 pills and 2 shots of JD. This went on ALL day and into the night, we were up 'till 5AM. To this day I do not remember a thing except that my heart was beating out of my chest the whole time, I was lucky it did not explode. After I got home, I realized that I had taken almost 30 pills that day. I have not touched it since.
If you do use it, be very careful and watch yourself. And don't mix it with booze.
