Hm, nothing for me yet. I reallllllllly anxious to hear this album.

Edit: it was there when I got home. I'm still going with my initial thought of "sounds lke Johnny Cash".

I purchased an autographed copy of Fix This Head. I received my CD just prior to the Christmas holiday. The CD arrived missing the autographed sleeve insert. I called and e-mailed customer service, but the Maple Music offices are closed until 1-3-11. I hope they will fix this situation.

Is this disc available anywhere else? Like HMV?

By the sounds of things, the horror stories about ordering from Maple are endless, and honestly, I don;t want to risk it.

Is record distribution dying as well?

Maple Music has been shitty for years. As far as I know its not for sale in hard copy in any chain stores. I live in Kingston so I was lucky enough to buy it from a local independent record shop in town on the day of the release.

Just get it from iTunes and save yourselves the headache. Like many of you I usually prefer to buy the physical CD, but after reading everybody's horror stories on here, I'm glad I went for the digital download this time out.

Can't Wait Anymore really reminds me of Throwing Off Glass.

Love this album been spining it, along with The Falcon Lake Incident for the past few weeks - as far as no Hip in 2010 no big deal, I have been enjoying two great solo als... so no Bwitching here....

Excellent point Chris. CWA has all kinds of TOG in it. Nice work.

Fix This Head from Fix This Head reminds me a lot of The Bends from The Bends. No so much the melody but the sound of the guitars, tempo, and verse\chorus structure (I think its in the same key as well). Then again, I usually find some Radiohead in just about anything I hear. Hmm...

"we've only got three hundred feet to go ..."
