Last song played on this tour in Kingston

Other than that..I'd go with ABAC....sums it all up.

Could you imagine? Third encore, Gord on stage alone singing Scared.

if he were to do it a Capella, there wouldn't be a dry eye in the house. I don't think he'd even get through it.

Sounds like some combination of:
- Wherewithal
- Inch an Hour
- Hundreth Meridian

I still think Blow will be the final, but my two dark horses are "World Container" and "Last American Exit"

World container, there are just so many lyrics that fit as a final farewell song;
- go suck some souls be a reader, get used
- how'd it get this late so early
- ain't life a grand, I'm in awe of you all
- where all songs are one song and that song is don't forget

The other dark horse "Last American Exit" I think would just be an incredible closer for a finale.

have they ever ended with Grace, Too? would be a strange set closer, for sure. There's too much build up throughout the song to have it stop right after that.

I was at the show. Some random Hip knowledge is also lodged in my head, and what I pull out sometimes even surprises me. I usually check the Hipbase show review archives for the most accurate info.

Here was the set from that night:

Lonely
New O
Fully
Dire
Ocean
ABAC
In View
Poets
Flamenco
Fireworks
Substitute (The Who)
100th
Kids Don't Get It
Bobcaygeon
Nautical
Family Band
Blow

Courage
Springtime
Grace, too

Him? Here? Now? No?

Yes ... It has been the song of this tour and they just test drove it as a closer for Toronto3. I'm sticking with Grace Too to close down Kingston.

Here's my best guess. I think they will open with Grace Too and swap fabulously rich with tragically hip. They close with Blow and the album after MMP will be the ep. All i know for sure is i will be leaving that arena with no voice and tears in my eyes. 5 more daysSmile
