As for Jordis, she does seem to be going through the motions. She has been pretty bland the last few shows in my opinion. Being in INXS would suck anyway though. Their music is terrible and I don't think Jordis would want to sing that style of music anyway.

JD seem to just want to be famous for the sake of being famous. I think he's more interested in the "rock lifestyle" than in actually making music. That's cool if that's what he wants to do.

Deanna is alright. She has a decent voice, although everytime she sings it seems to me like she's just about to burst out laughing in the middle of the song. It's kind of weird.

Mig doesn't even have a good voice IMO. I could hardly hear him singing.

Marty is one weird fella. He's a little to intense. His Foo Fighters cover kind of sucked IMO. I know he was trying to hold back but I think he should have sung "Everlong" like he sang "I Alone". They are rock songs that are meant to be belted out. Marty's own song was corny.

Trust me, age has nothing to do with it. I appreciate artists much older than INXS. I like old stuff more than most new stuff.

As for liking INXS, that's fine. A lot of people like them. I don't happen to be one of them. You don't like Soundgarden and I don't like INXS. Music is quite a thing isn't it?

INXS had one good album..period...and they sit on that couch on the show and pretend they're some kind of rock gods...the house band is way better than INXS, and i think no matter who wins this thing, they'd be better off losing it

I've thought that they should do another season of the show to find a singer for the house band...they do rock hard. Sorry to see Jordis go, but she's definitely on to bigger and better things. Tonight confirmed to me that JD will/should win.

That was sort of my point, You can like or dislike anything you want, saying a band sucks ass isn't necessary, we have all done it, so I am not knocking you or anything. I do like a lot of soundgarden stuff anyway.

I think they have quite a few good albums Listen like Theives, Kick, X and a few others.

Wow I am making myself sound like the biggest INXS fan. That isn't true either. I guess just respect what they have done. Kick sold 10 million albums, not many artists can say that

.. i have had the fortune of watching this show due to my girlfriend, i cant see how any of the females singer could replace hutchinsen (<-spelling) i think that blonde hair guy or mig are the only two who should win - but that mig guy cries when people gets kick off - i dont think rock stars are allowed to do that or shouldnt do that , anyway they tried to replace him before with terence trent d'arby and shouldnt be trying to replace him now like the doors were doing - replacing a lead singer is near impossible unless they have some great songs written not the ones from the past-

I agree, and I probably wont buy the album when it hits the shelves. I was somewhat a fan in my youth. Kick was huge in my school. Listen like thieves was even better. I lost them after that and if this album has new songs that are good I think the tv show was brilliant...if the album sucks they look like geniuses anyway for marketing a crappy album via a weekly infocommercial.

Suzie is gonzo...too bad, she was really good. But having said that, she simply wasn't the best fit for the band...she's a girl. How would you like Suzie stepping in for Gord...just can't do it.

Should be a great finale next week...I'm looking forward to it...I must admit, I've really enjoyed this show.

jd is going to win, i think. mig is good at ballads, but seems to lose something when he sings the more rock-orientated songs.

JD in a landslide...best fit by far...Mig is nothing more than an actor, which is fine, but that shirt rip he did was sad. Marty is great, but meant for other things. Kind of cool that a Canuck could front this band...and one that came out of nowhere. Good on him if he wins.

J.D. did seem to fit well during the live performance last night after winning. He sounded very much like Hutchence though. It was all most as if he had practiced to sound like him, just for that moment. What would suck for him is if INXS dis-banded after just 1 album. We'll just have to wait and see.

Hopefully J.D.'s original song will make the album, but it is a little different from INXS type music.
