The team from hipfans.com are into the final. We had a tough year, but the boys are really coming together in the playoffs. We just defeated the Ice Knights in a nail biter - tied on stats but we won based on goals... I think.

Now it's time to take on The Bill Barilkos...

Yes, what a matchup it has been between myself, The Bill Barilkos, and chris' hipfans.com team. It looks like I'm starting to get the edge, but it's close and there are a few days still to go, and anything can happen.

Certainly look forward to doing this again next season. We'll see how I perform in the baseball pool (team currently named Paul Don't Need HGH!), but baseball in the past has not proven to be my strong suit.

chris all season goalies had to play a min amount of games to get points for the week. looks like you had 1 goalie

I put my goalies in but they didn't play and as they were not scheduled to play I stopped putting them in.

It's a bummer to lose that way considering the system doesn't give any indicator that you're not meeting the requirements until after it is too late.

Oh well, it was fun. See y'all next season.

If it makes you feel any better Chris, I would have won anyway. I did win the goalie wins category, but if the GAA, save % and shutouts would have been scored your way as they were all along, I would have won 6-5 instead of 9-2. So not playing your goalies didn't have anything to do with the result, other than make the score look worse that what it was.

Anyway it was fun, and you had a great run to finish 2nd.
