Agreed. The Red Wings are a freakin' machine. I just can't see anybody beating that team in a 7-game series.
while the wings are certainly a formidable opponent, i don`t think i`d say that a team has "no chance" of beating them. i mean they were 1 game away from elimination with the ducks, and 1 shot from going to chicago tied 1-1. you gentlemen will see, the mighty penguins are going to make you eat your words.

Didn't they just announce that Ovary was the MVP? :? Kind of cheesy I thought they had to wait until playoffs were over. Geno should have gotten it, especially from beginning of year to end of regular season, solid. If Geno took 8 million shots (like Ovie) he would get 50 + goals each year.
That can't be good for Geno to hear. But then again, maybe it was !! :lol:
Geno is having one hell of a playoff season so far !! Oh My !!!! What a crazy shot for the "Hat Trick" amazing!!!! That is what I mean, what a work horse!! He deserves all the props! :jump

No Lidstrom, no Datsuyk, no Draper, no problem.
This potential Detroit/Pittsburgh match-up could be around for a few years. I don't see either team dropping off any time soon.
PIttsburgh's time will come, it just won't be this year.
