Yes Graham, a great night for Cookie Assault. The Sabres taking the chocholate chips to Detroit, and The Avs laying a box of Girl Scout cookies to the Maple Laughs and the Flames lost the old fashion way, in regulation (hate the OT loss point). Avs are winning and O'Reilly and Duchense haven't even started scoring yet, maybe we finally have a goalie! and Graham, I don't care if your predictions win NO WAY am I going to be seen buying you a Red Wings hat! Next Up Avs at Habs

Blasphemy Statement: Went to Rockies Game Sunday night (F#$%in' Phillies) and after that late night before a Monday of work and dropping some coin on the game, dinner, bar and a hotel I don't know if I can handle another party on a "school night" for the Hip Show in Denver on Sunday the 1st.

Sabres first game after Olympics, Tuesday in Pittsburgh.
Think Miller is sick to his stomach at having to face Crosby after that goal?

One week left. Can Colorado hold off Calgary despite losing at home to them on friday? Boston/Philly or The Rangers in the 7/8 spots back east? Will Pittsburgh or New Jersey win The Atlantic? Can't wait for the playoffs to start.

well Avs and Sabres are out so I guess that means it's time to go fishing. Hope somebody takes out San Jose, for some reason I just don't care for them and maybe we'll get a Caps vs Pens series. Enjoy the rest of the Cup playoffs all.

May 12th and another snow day here in the mountains so I'll update the "what if" standings on predictions (Chi vs SJ out west):
Bos vs Pit Final
15-finger,jprice 13- vlheron,lking,darkc,grimes 12-hip11 10-dwolf,bren,rhill,bdog 9-mrly,grah 2-vl
Bos vs Mon
15-finger,jprice 10-vlher,lking,darkc,bren,grimes,rhill 9-hip11,mrly,grah 7-dwolf,bdog 2-vl
Phi vs Pit
18-jprice 16-lking,grimes 13-darkc 12-finger,hip11 10-vlher,bre,rhill,dwolf 9-mryl 7-bdog 6-grah 2-vl
Phi vs Mon
18-jprice 13-lking,grimes 12-fingr 10-darkc,vlher,rhill,bren 9-hip11,mryl 7-dwolf,bdog 6-grah 2-vl
So as best as I can figure right now out of the 6 teams left to possibly win the Cup
San Jose wins- fingernailsonhull*
Chicago wins-who knows?
Montreal wins- brentheodore*
Boston-hell freezes over?
Philadelphia-jonprice*
Pittsburgh-grimes/lizardking/darkcanuck*
*probable winner based on my poor math skills
tie-breaker Avalanche 95 points guesses- grimes 71, darkcanuck 71, lizard king 65
Enjoy the games tonight, que the music
