That smily perfectly fits that sentence. I don't know, it's random - but I laughed so hard when I read that.

Great song of the day today, I love Toronto # 4. Music @ Work is so underrated and I love it when they play anything from that album live. Thanks MAv

More than T.O. #4, I love your avatar! Carlin is THE funniest man to have ever lived, imo.

I agree. Music @ work has been growing on me a lot over the last year. It all started for me - my real love for this album - started when I filmed the Live8 rehersal at the bathouse - they played Music at work - which I made a video of, if you remember - available in the video section. But anyway, I liked the album before that, but after that experience, I really started to dig the album to a new degree . . .

The beauty of the album is it is so very different from any other Hip. Of course each album is unique in it's own way, but M@W is quite a departure and I think it works extremely well. As much as people dog Tiger The Lion, it is a thundering rock song that fairs well against the likes of Zeppelin, Big Sugar, Tea Party...or any band you might say is prone to "thundering". Same with Wild Mountain Honey. I dunno, I have always dug the album since the day it was released, and I agree with the statement that it is such an underated and underappreciated album.

Speaking of M@W, yesterday on my commute home, I saw a young chap with a M@W t-shirt on, and because we crossed paths so quickly, I didn't get a chance to say "Hey man, nice shirt". So to honour his terrific clothing selection, I played M@W for my ride home...a most pleasant ride home indeed.

The other beauty of the album was the tour that supported it.

I think I am in the minority when I say I would much rather of had the Evening With tour without Kate & Chris. They are fine musicians, and this isn't any sort of slight towards them, but I didn't care for the dynamic they added. Perhaps it's somewhat selfish on my part as well, in that I when I go to a Hip concert I really only want to see the Hip (as the headliners...I always want to see the opening act). I do agree about that tour though, and I absolutely loved the quality and quantity of the songs they played.
