On the plus side, the Ducks making the finals means the Oilers get their 1st round pick in 2008, meaning they have 5 first round picks in the next two years.

Good point grimes, but it will still sting. I guess it's Comrie or Pronger, I'll just have to grin and bear it.

So whats everyone's predictions for the Cup final? My record is 12-2 so far this playoffs which isn't too shabby. As for hot shot J. Roenick he's 8-6 i believe which is pretty embarassing for someone who knows everything about hockey, hell Maggie the Monkey is 8-6. Anyways, my pick is going to the Sens.... Sens in 6...eerr...7. Anyone know if the ducks/sens met in the regular season at all?

one last thing, a friend of mine needs the recognition, he called the ducks/sens final before the playoffs started, sens to win it all.

Enemies number 1 & 1A...but I think the people of Edmonton would rather see Comrie win it (scrath that) would rather see Pronger NOT win it.
Pronger was a huge prescence on the team last year, and was definitely their franchise player. When they lost Pronger, they lost their chances of succeeding this last season.
When they lost Comrie...they lost Brick endorsements??? I du know, but they got Robbie Schremp out of it.

 ...good one

Good points tth_fan, I'd much rather see Mike C hoist it this year, the whole Pronger thing really really sucked. As you know since you are Sher. Park.

I read it in the Globe, which, ironically enough, is owned by CTVglobemedia, which also owns TSN.
