Okay guys your driveing me nuts talking about Timmys Coffee, ever since I moved to the States I can't get my Timmys fix!!

I'm quite preplexed by the love affair you Canucks have with TH. There are a few scattered around the midwest & east-central states, and I went into one a little while ago when on the road, only because its popularity here on Hipbase piqued my curiosity. Soon after, I hit up a different one just to help broaden my TH experience.
I thought the coffee was better than 'decent', but nothing spectacular. Personally, I might even give the edge to Dunkin Donuts (in terms of "donut-shop" joe.)
And for some reason, each time I was in these THs, I noticed that the clientele was about 95% senior citizens. What's that all about? The soup and salad?

Tim Horton's isn't fancy. It's a good solid brew for us hard workin' Canadians. It ain't no Starbucks...
and we love it like our brother.
It's funny- whenever me and Mr MP@W go out anywhere, we almost always see an empty Tim's cup stashed some where lol.

1 for 6 now. Guess I was just lucky the first day. There is just something about the Timmies. I like Second Cup coffee better, but sometimes you just need the XL double double. Out here in Durham we have a serious tim's issue. There is one about every 4 blocks and from about 6:30 to 9 am the drive-thrus are all lined up onto the road and in the store the lines go out the front doors. At my office in T.O we have one right across the street and although it is always busy, it has nothing on the Durham Tims. Anybody else notice some Timmies crazy communities?

we have 3 here but only 2 are open 24hrs, and they are always retarded busy. i hate when i have to start work at 8am just cause i know it takes a good 10 minutes to get a friggin coffee. i swear they put some sorta addictive ingredient in it
