I must say - kudos to Chris.
I picked up a shirt, band autographed day planner and CD's from him - all arrived in good order. Great value for the stuff I got. Adds nicely to my modest hip collection. I thank him for letting Hip Basers have a chance at this stuff before it goes to ebay or elsewhere!

All of this has made me think. What if we had our own Hipbase Ebay. Hip fans could post hip related things for sale for 1 week auctions and those interested could place bids. There could be a separate section on the main hipbase page to search through items for sale and the winner after the auction ends get the item. How does this sound?

That's what the software I used to build this site: <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://memorabilia.hipfans.com">http://memorabilia.hipfans.com</a><!-- m --> is supposed to be used for. I just turned off the buy/sell fields.

It can be tweaked for sales if necessary.

I wish I could give you a picture but I don't have a way of taking one. It's a very cool shirt. The back is all writing and looks exactly like what a disctionary would look like. The words the, tragically, and hip are all in yellow and the writing for the explanations is in white.

You have to resize your pic, max size can only be 512k.
