On what basis is Harper a redneck idiot? Have you read their platform recently? Their positions on social issues are much softer than most people give them credit for, and the rest of their policies will improve the country more than any other party would (in my opinion, admittedly). Paul Martin registered all the ships in his family's company under a foreign flag and in Chretien's case getting sponorship dollars to help fund a company in which he's a partner. Who is fooling whom? I don't know what your income level is, DC, but I have to feel sorry for you buying the old progressive canard that high taxes soaks the rich.
