Yep. Developed out of a story Dave Powell told the boys about getting caught spying on his sister while she was changing. I assume it was told on the infamous van ride to the venue (Dave got lost, the boys got drunk) since Gord rants a little bit of it during the Hengelo show.

ok, a boy spying on a girl getting changed doesn't count as incest IMO even if they are related...i took a bath with my cousin when i was little, does that mean i come from an incestuous family?

No, little kids are bathed together all the time, but to actually be a peeping tom on your sister when you're old enough to consciously stare at her? That seems weeeeird...

What "infamous van ride" is that? Have I missed something?

i dunno, boys get curious about females at an eaerly age sometimes...i know i did...

anyway, maybe his sister was really hot

i'm an only child, so to me this really means nothing

It's the reason Gord "remembers Hengelo." Dave was in charge of finding the venue and driving the boys around the Netherlands on the tour. Dave got lost, so the boys drank and drank (And probably smoked Smile ) until Dave finally found the place.

Stories were told, a great time was had by all, and Gord went on stage SUPER RIPPED as evidenced by the Hengelo bootleg.

"Yeah... this is... uhhh... Seven Days, I think."

wow.....it really tells a sweet story playing it that way....would have never thought of that. Just goes to show the originality and artistic side that the band has.

p.s. Habs win again.....allright

Anyone got the Hengelo boot?

is it on the tracker?

nevermind...found it....

furthermore, why does Gordie remember Tokyo instead now?

I also had never tried this. Looking For A Place To Happen is such a logical opener. This is very cool.

Maybe he forgot Hengelo?

You know, i'm really not 'digging' this song order like everyone else. Maybe it's just the fact that some of the songs seem weirdly placed (Wheat Kings right after Hundredth Meridian?) but it doesn't seem to 'flow' as nicely. I do love putting Eldorado in the middle and making Lionized the end track. Still one of my favorite albums ever.
