Heksenketel Avi Floating around anywhere?
#31

I'm just loving the fact there is a site out there called 'Oink'

Makes me giggle...
Not full on milk out the nose kinda stuff, but enough to make me look special when reading this post at work.

Oink.....
Quality.

Sorry, please, back to the handbags Wink

Still picking up the elderly from the floor, still dealing with the drunks, now wrestling seals and posting it on twitter.. @richardilderton
'Whoops' is not a word the patient wants to hear...apparently

you can't win an argument with a hypocrite,
they win by continuing the conversation.

No more laughing... it was shut down a year and a bit back. But don't worry, other sites like 'Waffles' took it's place. It's a bit more cosher.

But yeah, back to the the topic at hand.

How is Waffles any different from OiNK aside from the fact that there are less torrents?

Hey ScrewBall, I'm going to call Child Welfare this afternoon in San Diego. It seems as though your parents don't feed you? We need to help you out son.

My parents are out of town but I've been eating pretty well. I have a job, you know? Though it's funny that you talk about food... I haven't eaten anything since noon yesterday but that's a choice I made because I felt super depressed yesterday. I will eat something today at some point, probably, but right now I am subsisting off of my dad's gin. I know that this, coupled with my last thread, makes me sound like a complete alcoholic, but I really do feel pretty shitty right now and my dad won't mind if I tell him I was depressed and drank all of his alcohol as long as I buy a new bottle when he comes back. I guess my justification for not eating is that I'd say that about 30% of Tropic of Cancer consists of Henry Miller talking about how hungry he is so I definitely see some correlation between starvation and genius. If I don't end up banging out a brilliant novel today, though, I will probably eat something. It's just weird that you mentioned not eating because I, in fact, have not been eating at all!

The only comment on this I'll make which a few others have alluded to is why was it ok for people to download WATS before it was released, under the guise of "I've bought it, I'm just getting it early" versus someone who is looking to download a digital copy of a tape that they may in fact already possess?

In my mind, if you're ok with the former, then you should be ok with the latter........

I haven't downloaded anything, bought all of my CDs, haven't heard a thing off the new album, so as a result I WIN!! And therefore I can take the higher ground...

It's nice up here, although those damned Red Hot Chili Peppers have left a hell of a mess...
You can see the pub from here too!

Now can I claim my winners £5?

Definitely one of the lamest things I've seen posted here. I didn't get what were talking about at first and dismissed it, but now I see your lame insult at what I assume is his kid.

I dunno, some things should be sacred around here and family should be at the top of that list.

Agreed, but I don't expect much more from that dipshit meathead.

I stole $10 from my mom once to see a Rush concert in Hamilton. Many years later we spoke of it and she advised me she knew all along, and in fact let it happen knowing it would return to her many times over. She was right. :thumb:
