If you're implying that you don't need MAv to back it up, just because he's a "hip guru" perhaps you're forgetting that he works for The Hip and is our main connection to all things Hip that happen outside of the public eye.

Why would I make this up?

Just a little background: This information was passed onto me by a very nice lady who I have met online. She lives in Toronto with her family. She knows I am a huge Hip fan. (NOT big enough to bitch about concert pre-sales and my assumed right to a front row seats, but fairly big) She tried to call me so I could hear to concert over her Cell-phone but I was away. The above post was an email she was kind enough to compose and send to me this morning. She asked that cetain items be omitted and I heeded her wishes.

I never said you made it up, I believed you and your "source".
It was just the fact that the letter seemed funny is all. Great Story and everything, just there was something about was odd. Maybe it makes more sense now, seeing as it was written by a "lady from toronto", and not a young male hipfan.
