I have been listening to some unknown bootlegs, and there was a version of Fire In The Hole, where Gord sings the first verse and then all of a sudden goes "That's it boys, that's it, that's it, that's it" and then addresses the audience saying "thank you,very much, that's enough...that's unsafe, is everyone ok? etc etc"

and it got me thinking....how many times have you seen the Hip stop in the middle of a song, and why?

I've seen them stop Twice in one show during one song, it was Edmonton 04' when they played New City and they screwed up on Summer Is Killing Us twice.....nothing too extraordinary, but pretty rare and quite funny. I guess that happens when it's the first show of the tour.

I was at the grape jam show too. The snow fence was probably a bad idea. Mojo Nixon threatened to violate people in the crowd, sexually, then threw cans of Strohs beer into the crowd. He also complained about it being a dry county and how hard it was to get the beer. What a strange weekend. I never saw so many hippies at a Hip show.
