well im not sweating anything here. When you make a poll, you are looking for peoples opinions, and well, i gave you my opinion

I needed your opinion on what you thought about the music on the site.

As webmaster, I find it really bad that the hip have music that starts up when you arrive at their site. It's a big no no for sites in my opinion and many webmasters would agree with me. Yes, they have the actual MUSIC on the site that you can choose to listen to if you like, that's awesome, but call me a snob but I hate it when I go to a site and music starts up. I've been online since 1997 and it's a big pet peeve of mine.

or take the next step and get rid of your dial-up connection. most sites are built for faster connections than that. it's not a no no. its reality.

I'm poor, can't afford anything faster than localnet at 9.95 a month

It's days like this when I or anyone gets shit over little tiny things like a stupid poll that make me want to stop coming here.

Opinions are like nostrils. Everyone's got them. Especially on hipbase.

Poser. I was sendin' emails in '89. Right after Al Gore invented the Internet.

Back then Lance and I were the only ones on Hipbase.

This forum was a crayon tied to a string, hangin' on a clipboard in a Husky washroom on the 401 somewhere between Toronto and Kingston.

And I walked uphill to school both ways.

'94! Pffft.

I know, I'm all about opinions, even ones that disagree with me, but damn it, don't tell me what to do.

Didn't anyone tell you not to sweat the small stuff in life or it will send you to an early grave?!

I'm not sweating the music on the hip's site. I just find it annoying, there's a difference.

Oh I just don't need this tonight. I officially ban myself from hipbase till tomorrow. I'm about ready to break up with my boyfriend and move back home.

It's not his fault. He's probably not even on hipbase.
