It may not be as good as it once was, and it may not even be as great as it could have been EVER... but we still all got great seats to every show on two tours now for the most part.
If I buy a CD that I was gonna get anyway, get three awesome songs and guaranteed floor seats for any show I go to... I'm not going to complain! I'm happy!

checking for calgary tickets out of curiosity i got 20th row as of 9:oopm so how did this guy get stuck with row 40 20 mins after they went on sale?

Does anyone (outside of the Hip Club Admin) really know how many people are Hip Club members? Do any of us know how many people got the e-mail password legitimately and bought tickets based on that knowledge? Isn't possible that the crappy 40th row seats were just as a result of bad luck and not password sharing?
The Hip Club pre-sale does not guarantee good seats. It only guarantees a chance to purchase tickets ahead of time lest there be a sell-out. Hang on to your tickets should a cooler head prevail later, but don't blame the lack of good seats on password sharing. When it comes to ordering tickets it's a case of luck. Wish you had better seats? Don't we all. My grandmother used to have a saying "If wishes were horses, beggars would ride." Trust me it sounds better in Gaelic....

O.K., I would ask my dear old Grams for help brushing up the correct translation, but she's probably playing 5 card with Elvis and Sir John A. right now. Catch my meaning? :lol:
I will get my Mom to give me the heads up, complete with proper grammer, in the morning. Meantime, here is how it reads in technical German (if memory serves from my time living there):
"Wenn Wünsche Pferde waren, würden Bettler reiten"
This is completely useless knowledge of course, but you never know when you'll be at the Caracalla baths in Baden, and it may come up in conversation.....
