They did. The openning montage showed all five stops previous to London, and even us suckers in teh London line!
It's one of my favourite pieces of concert film ever actually. That openning perfectly captured the fun, determination and comradery of that week. Everybody was your best friend in those lines... we stood in London for seven hours! Tim Hortons came by and gave us free Timbits and soft drinks.We'd sit on the Winston Chruchill overpass at the 401 waiting to hear on 97.7 which direction we needed to head!
They did two shows in London, July 6 and 7. The 7 show was filmed, edited and boradcast on MM as the special.
That summer of '98 was my '69.
