I was up all night last night writing a take-home (yeah, I left it to the very last minute...) so now I'm going to bed.

I woke up well rested to find that the Leafs had lost... so it all worked out well in the end.

Seems like you've got one helluva work load ahead of you though... good luck with that and here's hoping all that hard work lands you the kind of job where you can yell at people and take days off at random for Hip trips!

It seems half of the people I know are going into teaching. I think the Summers Off for Hip tours must be a HUGE incentive.

You have to promise to work Hip references into the lessons. "Alright class, if Dr. King taught us anything, it was: tolerance, justice and non-violent activism will ensure that we live to survive our paradoxes."

Public policy finished up almost three hours ago and I'm still having a hard time moving my right hand... it seems curled into a pen shap.

Hey... how is the MIT course at Western? I got accepted but felt wary about it so i chose York instead (ha)... is it more writing or more technical?

Well I can only base it on first year, but the MIT courses had a great amount of writing. I really enjoyed my classes, except for "Introduction to Information Retrieval Systems". A course that basically teaches you how to use a library efficiently. It was total hell!!!

I am in the collaborative MTP program with Fanshawe college, so that will be more technical and hands-on.

i guess MIT would be the equivalent to a communications degree, right? i just didnt take it because it seemed as though it was based more on technology...
