The Mahones are awesome. They used to come through Calgary all the time, and I probably went to every single show. It was always a party when those guys played. I still have my "drunken lazy bastard" t-shirt in a drawer somewhere.

It was such an amazing show. Especially in that place where it only holds about 50 people. Nothing makes you want to dance and drink a lot of beer like punk rock with a tin whistle and an acordion!

It was one of the best times of my entire life. The thing I found most surprising and pleased with were the crowds. I've grown to hate large outdoor GA shows and wont attend them anymore. But everyone was so peaceful and respectful to those around them. Probably had something to do with the fact that it was over 100 degrees and no one had had a shower all weekend.

Neil Young, Halifax Metro Centre, November, 2008

Awesome, awesome show. Neil rocked the Metro Centre.

Rolling Stones in Moncton was a great show, too, but I was pretty far back. Wish I would have gone closer for that one, but it was still a great experience.

PJ20 festival, either day.
Julian Casablancas of The Strokes coming out to sing with Eddie was pretty damn cool.

Cake in Central Park 2010.
A tornado touched down in Brooklyn while we rocked out in Manhattan.

Iron Maiden at the Meadowlands 1987.
Riots broke out in the parking lots after the show.

Any PJ show at MSG, but especially when (in return for giving him my Brian Leetch jersey to the rafters ceremony tickets) my friend gave me his 10 Club tickets on the floor.

Furthur - Chicago 2010 and Buffalo 2011. Bob Weir and Phil Lesh can still bring it. Absolutely unbelievable vibes
