It is...mine has a little something we like to call "content".

thats super, go tell your mom maybe she'll put a gold star on your chart today.

I didnt realise this thread has no content, its just a bunch of empty posts isnt it?? It was meant to show off the movies with the new trailers that at the time I posted them they were brand new, if no-one wanted to talk Batman after that whats that got to do with me?

Im starting to wonder why I even bother posting a thing in this forum anymore, its starting to become pointless really..

[The Darkest Canuck]

It deserve(d)(s) its own thread, that's all i was trying to say...they're two different things, they each deserve their own thread...that's my whole arguement. I didn't think i was being rude about it...i wasn't trying to be. Then you started giving me attitude, and still, i'm not really retaliating, more or less just playing along, trying to weather the storm of your cheapshots...I'm like the Red Wings of this shit, i'm just gonna skate calmly back to my bench and win :thumb: , yup, another big win for the TDC and TDK.

[Lizard King]

oookay, i guess you win then..congratulations.. cratch:

[The Darkest Canuck]

Oh, thanks lot Ron, but i can't really take too much credit for the win. Batman did most of the work, and he's just been so huge for us all year long. We always knew that we could count on him in the clutch, and Bats came up with another great performance for us tonight, just like he always does! He's a great inspiration to myself, and everyone around him, and i just really can't say enough about how good this guy is, he's the best in the world, and the whole world knows it now too. Thanks Bats! We love you, and we can't wait to do it again next season! WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! :jump

GO BATS GO! GO BATS GO!

Too much CGI for me, which made the first 3 so great...

That was my initial thought. CG is being way overdone these days, and its ruining a lot of films. However, given that they had ILM's unlimited resources they could have done a lot more (luckily they didn't), and all the effects had the standard Indy flavour.

I loved it, it fits in with the past films seamlessly, and is just plain fun to watch. I can't remember the last time I went to the movies and didn't feel like I was tricked into seeing whatever peice of garbage they decided to throw money at. Indy was well worth the admission price.

I guess I saw a different movie than you guys did.

I thought the plot was ridiculous, the writing was weak and the fight scenes were terribly drawn out and over the top. Was I entertained...yes but I really felt the movie fell short of my expectations and maybe that is my problem but the 3 other people I was with had the same sentiment.

Of all of the archaeological stories they could have gone with they chose aliens??? I guess this is how big fans of Star Wars felt after Episode 1: The Phantom Menace.

Overall I give it a 5/10. This score is buoyed by a better than expected performance by Harrison Ford...he still kicks ass.

Aren't all the Indy plots ridiculous, though?

Boy that was a terrible movie. I don't even want to get into it.
