But what is shocking to me right now is that the media (beginning with, of course, CNN ) is beginning to swarm over criticisms levied against VT campus security and / or Blacksburg Police, for not taking the appropriate steps to prevent the shootings which occurred up to 2 hours after the intial shootings just after 7:00 a.m.
I'm just sick and tired of the media in Western society. Seriously - I've reached a boiling point. Instead of holding vigil and showing compassion and support of the victims, students, friends and family, some outlets are moving straight to the blame game in order to make as many fistfulls of cash as possible.
It's f***ing despicable.
