what the hell was the ref looking at on phillys 2nd goal? i can`t believe there is no interference called there..he was looking right at it... and stevens saying they just won a physical battle on the play :roll: ....man i hate the flyers...should be a good 3rd

I hate The Flyers as well, but that's all on the refs, whom I hate even more...

wow..just when I thought the officiating couldn't get worse...they let everything go in the 3rd, and call that in OT????

Those two refs should be benched for the rest of the playoffs. That was a pathetic display of officiating.

This is the NBA we're talking about...corrupt officials, bizarre technical fouls, consistantly screwing somebody out of an MVP award...(i don't just mean Nash last year either, Bryant still doesn't have one yet, and he's been the best player in the league for years now...), y'know...that NBA... :nooooo
I love it, and I hate it, and it's quite painful to watch sometimes, but i have to, I NEED to see it all unfold, especially with the Raptors...
should i start an NBA thread?

So, it looks like the Habs will meet the Flyers in round 2.
Any team would be a challenge in the 2nd round, but I am glad that Montreal is meeting Philly, and not the Rangers. Don't get me wrong, the Flyers have a lot of grit and fire power, but I just think it's a better match up for the Canadiens.

haha should be a good series thedarkcanuck, i'm really looking forward to it! I have to be honest, the Pens scare the hell out of me, it'll be a tough task having to shut down the likes of Crosby, Malkin, Hossa, Sykora, Gonchar, Whitney, Malone, etc. etc. I was hoping the cards would fall a little differently the past few days & the Rangers would get the Flyers or perhaps even the Habs.
JR SUPERSTAR! 2 of my 3 hockey pools hinge on the Sharks winning this game tonight! I've always been a fan of Roenicks, and this is something else! Great to see him coming up HUGE in game 7, especially after the benching in game 6. Still a long ways to go though.
