Toronto fans are all the same. I wouldn't hate the Leafs if it weren't for boorish, crude fools such as yourself. While walking down the streets of MY GOD DAMN CITY wearing a Sens jersey, Leafs fans in cars with GOD DAMN ONTARIO LICENSE PLATES actually slowed down to yell insults at me. One time somebody threw an empty pop can at me from a moving pickup. You suck (those of you who behave that way), your team sucks, and since you're not going to win the Stanley Cup it doesn't mater how far they get.

If New Jersey losing in the first round proves one thing, it's that you cannot ride your goaltender all game, every game. Watch out, you'll be crying in your beer in two weeks!

PS: No, I know...not ALL Leafs fans are the same. But there's not a single other team which has so many fans who are so militant and crude, and I stand by my judgment! Be a gentleman for once. It's only a sport. I certainly never insulted anyone for liking the Leafs - just for the way some of them behave!

this is not classy at all, and certainly not the behaviour of a mature person. i really think you need to cool it and start posting some things that are worthwhile. it seems that you often post things that are either a ridiculous one word response or something that really gives me a bad impression about you. nobody wants you to come on here to call other hip fans losers just because they like a different hockey team. if you want to have a mature and fun conversation, this is the place for you. if you want to insult people, you can do it elsewhere.

3. Phildelphia over New Jersey in 7 games

4. Toronto will beat Ottawa in 5

2. San Jose over St Louis in 5

3. Calgary over Vancouver in seven games....yes it will be an exciting series, maybe even game 7 overtime!!

4. Dallas over Colorado in 7..no mater how good a team is, with no goalie its hard to go far in the playoffs

Yep. To me it's like firing Cito Gaston after the Jays lost the ALCS in 1991. The ingredients for a champ are present, and I think Jacques was part of that mix. He won't be unemployed for long.

Antropov line isn't on the same skill level of lecair line. The leafs just dont have enough talent on the ice to match philly's.

I agree 100% (and this coming from a Leafs fan)...Martin wasn't the problem; what he was given to work with was...

The failure of Muckler's recent additions when it mattered (Varada, Ray, Bondra and DeVries) should have sealed his fate...especially when you directly compare it to what a rookie GM (JFJ) was able to add to the Leafs (Francis, Nieuwendyk, Klee and Leetch) at a marginally higher cost...

Oh well, look on the bright side...with Mucks still in charge, it's a pretty good bet Lalime will be back between the pipes next season... :roll:
