Maple Music is a horrible company. I ordered a VHS copy of Heksenketel a bunch of years ago. After seeing that it had shipped out, and waiting for about 3 weeks for it to arrive I finally called them, only to find out that they were closed for 3 weeks, after leaving a message, and waiting for their reply when they re-opened for business, I heard nothing for another week and a half, after calling a bunch more times, I was finally able to speak with someone who told me the VHS was out of stock and there was nothing they could do for me.
I've ordered plenty of stuff from Maplemusic before and I've never had any problems, so I'm a little surprised that you guys still haven't received your Paul CDs. Usually I prefer to buy physical CDs, especially if it's one of my favorite artists. But this time I decided to buy it from iTunes so I could listen to it right away. If I ever come across a physical copy of the album (not likely in Calgary), I'll probably buy it anyway just for the liner notes.
