I just said this morning, what the hell do you say to somebody who's records you grew up listening to? I'm not too keen on saying much of anything but if it happens it happens. I'm too easily starstruck, I remember a couple of years ago I went to the New Pornographers show at Kool Haus and the Kathryn Calder came out after the show to talk and sign stuff. Anyways I got her to sign my ticket and tried to say something along the lines of "That show was amazing you can really play!" and it came out more like this "mohodafoajgiad" under my breath. When she asked what I said I quickly replied "Oh nothing" and I'm pretty sure gave an expression akin to a serial rapist lol. I'm usually very comfortable and confident talking to people I've never met before so that totally threw me for a loop lol.
