Man, I've been trying to get into Wilco. I hear the talent...so much there...but for whatever reason, they just won't break through that barrier that separates 'appreciation' and 'enthusiasm' for me.

Have you tried "Being There"? It's the album that drew me in. And it's quite "accessible" by their standards, in my opinion. I know there are more than a few dedicated Wilco fans here at the 'base that will disagree.
