What is being done for those screwed out of tickets on Monday?

Actually I got an e-mail from the band, they are coming over tomorrow night for a BBQ and to perform in the backyard.......... cratch: cratch:

Give me a break buddy, what about the people who miss out on tickets for other concerts when there isn't a fu$k up. This place holds 1000 people, even if everything worked fine, there still would have been people who missed out on tickets.

The website (hip.com) when well above and beyond for something that was not their fault. Don't look a gift horse in the mouth.
