Flamenco Wrote:On my way to work this morning the sun was shinning while I listened to side two beginning at Queen of the Furrows through Country Day. While I was frozen in my tracks waiting for traffic I found it very interesting interpretting the words for Country Day. At first when I heard the song I imaginged the words were speaking of a country setting.
After another listen I think it's clear the words describe a country meaning a country like Canada. (or some other Country)
I'll leave my interpretation for another time but this one strikes a chord.
I've been thinking about this a little more and like many other songs on WATS Country Day is about love and relationships. But listening to the last few verses of CD I think Gord is hinting at another theme. Anyone else read into this?
