I've just uploaded 'At the Hundredth Meridian' on drums (an electronic drum kit; my acoustic drum kit sits at my bassist's residence). I intended to be more active with this project the last time around, but I found that differing formats, and differing software led to inconsistencies regarding tempo. Perhaps it is best to determine one song, or multiple songs, that we can agree to work on and work from rhythm up. I'm fully versed in drums and bass, and my guitar isn't terrible, but I think for consistency's sake, we should pick a few and stick to it.

As long as each tempo is consistent throughout the recording, I should be able to sync everything up. I have the same issue with all of the Hip DVDs as each video and audio recording device seems to record at a slightly different speed. But if you lay down the drum track others can play over it and make things easier.
