It is a great venue and a great time.
Tuesdays get around 8-10 thousand - but Wednesdays only get 2 or 3 thousand. i love going on Wednesdays because of the un-crowdedness. It is a great place. There are even a bunch of kids there on Wednesdays. I take my son - and we sit off to the side by the art tent and we can still see the video screen perfectly and the music just as well - and my kid dances and plays without a worry in the world.

yea i saw both of those (i actually bought the sbd of the show.. send me a pm and i'll get you a copy)
gov't mule is my fav band right now
they host a festival in the catskills and i've been the past 2 years..great time
i also cant rave enough about these free buffalo shows
i just caught mike gordon (the bassist of phish) last week and he put on a pretty entertaining show
next week i'm heading up to bala to chill @ a friend's cottage and see david wilcox
gonna be doing the bearcat

anyways..
the free concert series is winding down for this summer, so if you can't catch one this year
check out the playbill for artpark + lafayette square next summer!
