This is to the people in the first 10 rows tonight...
I still can't believe you. Do you have any idea how rude / inconsiderate / disrespectful that was? Being fans of a band that is definitively Canadian, after tonight I can say for the first time that I was ashamed to be from Canada. I have no idea how you can practically boo one of the most original and creative and AMAZING groups in the country off the stage, just so you can see your precious Hip 5 minutes sooner (even though they came on 20 minutes late, but that's beside the fact).
I had an amazing time tonight regardless, but I was very disappointed with the crowd.
If you have any constructive criticism other than "you suck," "The Weakerthans suck," or "fuck either of us," I'd love to hear it, but until then Hip fans have been labelled as assholes.
