Actually the sale was no problem........I listed it on a Tuesday night, people came to look Wednesday, an offer was on the table Thursday.

Its the selling and not having anything to move to that is stressful..........many a sleepless night over the past couple weeks, but it looks like an offer is going through today, so I am keeping my fingers crossed......and hopefully sleeping tonight!!
