They are totally draconian, folks. They are behind by a century. Only the NDP and Green oppose the US style Bush-Nazi war on drugs.
The recent Liberal and Conservative cooperation has brought Republican Fascism to Canada. All pot users who thought Canada was more tolerant, well no, now we are in many ways WORSE than the USA if you consider Colorado, Alaska and California.
