I agree with tigerthelion, that statement made me read it twice, too.
He's saying, that Lefsetz is implying that Radiohead hasn't made bigtime coin. That REM, Springsteen and Neil Young all made a lot of money and can ride around signing on a label for a lot of money.
Where...clearly Thom Yorke isn't in danger of starving anytime soon. I think Lefsetz's point is kinda lost there...although I see the point, he doesn't do a good job of illustrating it by insinuating Radiohead is less wealthy or something than heritage acts.
