I finally got someone to pick up the phone today. I had left 3 or 4 voicemails and sent an email and got no replies.
She told me that the tickets were being sent out today by Expresspost, so they should arrive in 1-4 business days. It will be cutting it close for some of us in small towns or people that may have to travel to come to the show.
