For the record, this isn't cock-crowing (I'd hate to get into an arugment with Skippy when it isn't even campaign season; and I'm only passively cocky, like when the Senators are up 3-0)....

Well, Sens fans have the right to celebrate, so we'll allow you this one post.

I'm thinking that all the Leafs fans who were predicting a swift exit for the Sens because "they always choke in the playoffs" may be pondering whether crow is best fried, broiled, or baked in a pie. Personally, I'd like to see Ottawa win all the marbles because (a) its nice when a Canadian team wins the cup and (b) Ottawa could use some marbles, as many people there seem to have lost theirs, particularly up on Parliament Hill.

For the record, though, I warned Sabres fans of the impending mockery a long, long time ago, when the Habs were still playing well. Like smokers, who never believe cancer will strike them, they ignored the warnings....
