WAYYY too much to do for one day. Walking around dwntwn and finding little shops of hole in the wall bars is good. Or if you want more mainstream you could hit Gretzky's place. The Hall is always good even if your not a fan. The city is pretty easy to get around and the subways not hard to figure out like NYC for the 1st time.
