But it has nothing to do with Final Cut.
If you want to burn the data to a DVD, do it as data, not as video. ie: burn the .dv files to the disc.
When you burn a show as video (one that will play on your DVD player) it gets highly compressed and turned into .vob files, etc.
Make sense?
If you've already made DVD Videos, it is still possible to rip them back and edit them but there is a loss of quality.
