What the hell is a "nation" anyway? It's not defined in terms of Quebec. I don't know what the F*(K this legislation means. We know Quebec has its own culture. What's going to change now that the House passed a bill calling them a "nation"? Seriously, I wish somebody would come out and define "nation". It's clearly a move by Harper to get votes from Quebec and nothing more. Canada is a "nation". How can one of its provinces also be a "nation". I'd be laughing at Canada if I lived in another continent.
