I'd go with The Laws Are Changing, but Poets is a good choice too.
I made a best of about a year ago, here was my listing, and my current regrets about it...

To this day, I regret not subbing in "Jackie" for "To Wild Homes", and "The Body Says No" for "Ballad of a Comeback Kid"
