The early tour at the end of 2006 was multi-night stands theatres and large clubs in Canada, where they would play most of world container each night, but never in sequence and certainly never "b-sides", so I have no idea where that came from. It *was* the first time they played fiddler's green, though.
The show I saw from montreal's setlist is a good example:
1. The lonely end of the rink
2. New Orleans is sinking
3. In view
4. Don't wake daddy
5. The drop off
6. Ahead by a century
7. Fly
8. Poets
9. Fiddler's green
10. World container
11. Luvsic
12. At the hundredth meridian
13. It's a good life
14. The kids don't get it
15. Grace too
16. Wheat kings
17. Yer not the ocean
18. Locked in the trunk of a car
19. Family band
---
20. Escape is at hand
21. Pretend
22. On the verge
