Any Hipbasers end up in Buffalo last night for the Ray LaMontagne acoustic show? What a great couple of hours of music. The man's voice remains pretty unparalleled.
He played the Centre for the Arts at the University of Buffalo North Campus up in Amherst. Nice little room - the kind of great soft seat theatre every school and mid-sized city needs.
He's on an acoustic tour this fall, and if he's coming your way, try to get a ducat. Well worth it.
