Okay, here's my plan...
On Saturday, I will take a look into who wants to select. If only 7 people want to select, then I will randomly draw the first 7 spots. (We will do sign ups and another draw for the remaining slots afterwards). Then, I'll let everybody know the years which have been drawn for them. Hopefully, whomever gets the first slot will be able to pick next week, and then we get this ball rolling yet again on September 1st!
