I liked NFPA more than WATS (which I put as the recording low point -- I like WC, but maybe the Bob Rock production was a bit too slick on WATS).

Comparing the two, NFPA and WATS only (not any other albums), I'd have to put my like for them about equal. I do think NFPA is an overall stronger album....but WATS has The Depression Suite. Enough said right there IMO.
