Not to mention the fact that we're still talking about them and having these kinds of debates with each other every time they put out new material. That's pretty rare when you stop to think about it.

Exactly. The music is great but what really makes this band stand out is the longevity of their partnership. Name one other band that remained active, popular and relevant for thirty years without one change in personnel.
